gavel 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this site, registering for NubeEra credentials, interacting with our Learning Experience Platform (LXP), or utilizing our consulting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you represent an enterprise organization, your execution of a master service agreement (MSA) or statement of work (SOW) operates in conjunction with these platform guidelines.

NubeEra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access our platform directories, case studies, skill-gap trackers, and learning ecosystems.

  • Trainees and LXP Users: Authorized users may stream course materials, perform assessments, and view capability metrics. You agree not to distribute account credentials or allow third-party access to restricted sections of the platform.
  • Consulting Clients: Architectural blueprints, custom scripts, and database meshes designed specifically for your organization are governed by active commercial contracts and project specifications.

copyright 3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on this website and the LXP portal (including slide decks, training structures, curriculum pathways, code snippets, graphics, and logos) remains the intellectual property of NubeEra Technologies or its licensors.

Specifically, proprietary custom cloud architectures, automation templates, and analytics platforms engineered for specific corporate sponsors under an active SOW are owned by those corporate sponsors. Standard training blueprints and general NubeEra code assets remain our proprietary assets.

block 4. Acceptable Conduct & Integrity Rules

In utilizing NubeEra systems, you agree NOT to engage in:

  • Automated scraping or bulk retrieval of course contents, case study text, or certification pathways.
  • Reverse engineering, dissecting, or compiling our cloud monitoring widgets, LXP dashboards, or database replication configurations.
  • Injecting malicious payloads, trojans, or executing DDoS protocols against our servers.
  • Falsifying assessment results or attempting to hack credentials databases.

warning 5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability Boundaries

NubeEra's website resources and LXP training materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we build robust cloud solutions, we do not warrant that third-party cloud fabric providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) will experience zero downtime or that client-deployed scripts will run free from local operator error.

Under no circumstances shall NubeEra Technologies or its operational branches be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from database disruptions, cloud outages, or training portal delays.

balance 6. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal dispute or claim arising from these terms or your use of NubeEra platforms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
